Pop Star Michael Jackson Dies at Age 50 - Moment of Silence

What is going on lately with all the Hollywood stars, Natasha Richardson not so long ago died, Farrah Fawcett today and now Michael Jackson. Not him. Despite all the crazy stuff he did, I loved his music, entertainment and still do, and let's not forget the Thriller which scared me when I watched for the first time. Let's observe moment of silence.

  3. Whatever he did, on professional or on personal front, he did fearlessly. And I respect him for that. He will remain alive forever in the hearts of music lovers. RIP Michael Jackson.

  4. He was indeed a mega-star, and most of us have a favorite Michael Jackson song. We watched him grow up on stage with his brothers and sisters, and somehow he became a member of our families too. It is always sad when a person dies. In spite of his flaws, we need more empathy for our fellow humans. His music and his uniqueness will be missed.

  5. The circumstances of his life and death aside, one cannot argue his talent. His record of longevity and huge hits will always be there.

  6. one more thing “I am so very sad and confused with every emotion possible,“ I am heartbroken for his children who I know were everything to him and for his family. This is such a massive loss on so many levels, my heart goes out of them.

  17. I just saw the comment you left me concerning our loved ones that at one moment they leave us for the unknown...As you might know (I don't remember if I told you or not but) my parents are very young, - they're 40, anyway my dad used to dress up like MJ at parties and stuff, I grew up with Michael's music....I grew up with a lot of music of that time, music that kids nowadays don't give a cent...It made me sad when Michael died....I was sleeping when my best friend called me to tell me Michael died and we started remembering songs, lyrics, concerts...it's sad when heroes die... And because everything happens for a reason, you know the post regarding my grandmother's death right? On 1st of September Anastacia is holding a concert in Romania..and I'm going...How's life at your end?Do you use aim or yahoo messenger cuz we really got to talk some more.

  18. He was a fantastic musician! I love his music and will always love him! His death seems like a stupid joke -- I still can't overcome the shock. I can't believe he's gone. But yet again -- he will never be completely gone - his music will be with us...forever!

  19. Iv wow your parents were wonderful, dressing us like MJ that is funny. Yes it makes me sad too, and I started to dig into my archives for Michael Jackson's CDs and articles I had. He was true artists, and huge loss now.

My end is great but very busy. Matthew is handful, but so much fun. I enjoy every minute with him, and what I do for him. He is eating solid food, so me the chef is cooking up the storm of food sometimes, thank God for the freezer. I just don't like store bought food for him, so I will be cooking for a long time...lol.

Thanks for you comment, it is always pleasure to have you here Iv.

  21. Hey Anna,

I grew up to the sound of MJ's work, so I felt very sad when I heard the news; and now I am worried about his children.

May his soul rest in peace!

    Cheers

  25. Michael Jackson a person that's brought so much joy and happiness to so many people's life over the years. I"m sure just like me in my pass he's helped with his music to bring us threw a lot of things. No man as an entertainer has done as much for the less fortunate than Michael. I myself have met them in my early years in Gary Indiana at a broken down public swimming pool that we all shared. That really doesn't matter my reason for being here today is to vent my frustrations at the ignorant people we call americans. Over the past years watching Michael grow and share his style and wisdom of the art of entertainment. For all those people that assumed that Michael was some kind of a child molester my words to all who believed that he was this horrible person with your greed projected yes I said greed I mean anyone who profitted from the pain you caused him and his family by capitalizing on his fame and good heart to try and love your children and give them something they never had shame and shame on you. At this point in the game I have come to the conclusion that the person who slandered Michael for profit should be locked up just like this guy that stole all this money from people and got 150 years you should join him, along with all the other people destroying this economy threw greed. All I have left to say is thank you to Mr and Mrs Jackson for giving us Michael thank you for all your love Michael over the years we will miss you greatly.

  26. I feel sad because we won't be able to hear him again in a way of his new creation in music...I think in each songs, he put so much feelings and comes from his real life..

    God Bless his children.

  27. The entertainment world is fickle and artistic people often vulnerable. Human nature at its worst, I guess. Still, the art, music, writing, dance often manages to live on after the artist has lost the survival battle. Sadness and triumph mingle in many of these stories. My heart goes out to Michael Jackson's family, friends and true fans.
